Charbay Meyer Lemon Vodka is the expression that tasting judges and spirits writers consistently single out as the standout in the entire Charbay flavored vodka lineup — and once you taste it, the enthusiasm makes complete sense. Meyer lemons are a California institution — a hybrid of lemon and mandarin orange that's sweeter, more floral, and more complex than a standard lemon, and Charbay sources organic Meyer lemons from central California farms to infuse into their award-winning grain vodka base. Tasting Table's reviewer called the Meyer Lemon their favorite in the Charbay lineup, praising its mild, fruit-forward profile and exceptional balance. The nose is bold and brisk with fresh lemon leading the way — bright, sweet-and-sour, and tinged with orange notes in that classic Meyer lemon fashion. On the palate, fresh Meyer lemon takes center stage before the finish folds in complexity — green rosemary, a subtle astringent lemon peel bite, and a clean grain backbone providing structure and length. The flavored vodka that bartenders actually want to use — natural enough to enhance a cocktail without dominating it. A natural in a Lemon Drop, a lemon Martini, a French 75 variation, or simply poured over ice with sparkling water and a twist.
